Project Coordinator

RELI Group is seeking a Project Analyst to provide support for a federal project team within the Healthcare IT field. This position is responsible for the integration of project plans, statuses, and analysis and presentation of the results for different levels of management.  The ideal candidate must have excellent skills at the management of project plans, including integration and analysis.  Candidates must also be able to present the results using various tools including MS Project, SharePoint, Visio, PowerPoint, Word, and Microsoft Excel.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Schedule project meetings, develop agendas, and write meeting minutes.
  • Communicate with management on status of assigned projects.
  • Integrate project information as necessary.
  • Coordinate with various contractors, team members, and stakeholders on the status of individual projects.
  • Report on project deviations.
  • Develop baselines.
  • Identify critical dependencies.
  • Communicate with Stakeholders.
  • Author project documentation.
  • Maintain project gate review presentation materials.
  • Provide dashboards.


  • Excellent communication skills and analytical skills.
  • Demonstrated capabilities and understanding of best practices with MS Project.
  • Demonstrated ability in dashboard reporting.
  • MS Office Suite, including Visio and SharePoint.
